NEW PROPERTY LEGISLATION
� New Property Legislation has been approved to transfer property out of a CC, Pty Ltd or Trust into a personal name without paying transfer duty, only legal fees.
� Registration has to take place between Feb 2010 and Dec 2011.
� Stipulations are that the home is a primary residence.
� Albert Saunders has provided a special rate for St. Francis Bay Residents. Contact him for details.

� Please report any overgrown plots to us.
