Five Elements Restaurant
opened its doors last Saturday after three years in development.
Owner, Charles, and Executive Chef, Nicole, share their passion for food, especially for fresh local produce and are focused on providing only what is available seasonally. They have intentionally limited their freezer space and over-enlarged the cold room to accommodate fresh ingredients. “We want interesting, fresh and exciting food to be fun and enjoyable……and most importantly accessible to everyone so that we can hopefully share our passion for dining.”, mentioned Nicole when asked about the pricing at Five Elements.
Five Elements, a 30 seater restaurant, is set amongst the newly planted vineyards and natural forest adjacent to the runway at the airpark in St. Francis Bay. Access is from St. Francis Drive.
