COMMENTS FROM RESIDENTS RE DISPUTE
The chance of the KM litigating against ratepayers is extremely remote. Any ratepayer has the right to declare a dispute and until such time as the dispute is resolved the KM is not able to apply credit control measures.

THE PROPOSED KOUGA WINDFARM Feb 2010
In the context of South Africa’s energy requirements, and the need to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, any move towards an economically viable, affordable, clean, renewable, and sustainable power generation technology is to be welcomed...However, the urge to provide such a technology does not remove the need for rational assessment of each proposal in terms of its geographical situation, its environmental impact, and its economic viability.
